  • Returns and Refunds: Due to the nature of our products, all sales of fine art photography prints are final and non-refundable. Exceptions will be made only in cases of:
  1. Damage During Shipping: If damage occurs during shipping, photographic proof of the damaged item and packaging must be provided within 7 days of delivery. We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping company. If the shipping company confirms liability, we will either replace the print or issue store credit at our discretion.
  2. Incorrect or Defective Items: If you receive an incorrect or defective item, photographic proof must be provided within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

Production and Delivery Timeframes

  • Production Time: Each print is custom-made upon order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for production prior to shipping.
  • Delivery Time: Shipping times vary based on destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided upon order confirmation.

  • Custom Sizes and Framing: We offer custom sizes and framing options upon request. Please contact us at support@senseart.pro for a personalized quote.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site, including images, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Sense Art Production or its licensors.

Color Accuracy

  • Display Variations: Due to variations in monitor settings, the colors of the prints as displayed on your screen may differ slightly from the actual print. We ensure that all prints meet professional color standards.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or otherwise compromise the Site’s functionality.
